BIO
Hi! I'm Meredith and I've been working with clients in the field of holistic heath for over two decades. My practice has evolved over the years from doing massage and spa therapies in holistic wellness centers and spas to working in private practice with doctors, acupuncturists, chriopractors, and holistic health care providers supporting clients in a one on one therapy setting using craniosacral therapy, energy work, yoga, and spirit medicine. I have learned through the years that healing requires equal engagement with the mind, body, and spirit. It's all connected. The modalities that I specialize in are effective in treating the whole person.
From the beginning of my Healing Arts career I have always felt the call to support others in managing stress, finding calm, inner peace, and relaxation. This is what I am specialized in and passionate about. My experience as a Wellness Massage Therapist and my study in psychology has been the foundation to understanding how stress affects the body. I have many tools to help my clients manage and come into greater understanding on how they can personally relieve stress from their body and life.
I have a deep reverence for soul, spirit, nature, and ancient wisdom and this is why I feel so connected to complementary and alternative medicine which honors the whole person, their inner wisdom, their own medicine, and all encompassing life experiences.
I'm passionate in supporting others to connect to their own inner wisdom and spirit and helping them to heal from stress and tension in the body, mind, and spirit. My sessions offer an integrative approach to working with the whole person towards greater health, wellbeing, peace, and healing.
In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my family near and far, they are the best, and love being a mom to my two older daughters who are out doing amazing things in the world. Living a quiet and sweet life with my partner in the mountains of Colorado is where my heart is happy. I am passionate about so many things and blessed to be able to express them through my work and through nourishing my body and soul.
