Meredith's sessions are absolutely incredible! She took time to get to know me and my intentions and made sure I felt safe. I have done energy work with other practitioners but her sessions are different.  Meredith not only led me and my body to healing, she guided it to go deeper than the surface and without judgement. I love how she helped guide me verbally with visuals and asked me questions so that I would better understand myself. Upon immediate touch my body adjusted. She worked on my whole body, following what I needed. I have been going to chiropractic for years wanting help with body alignment, leaving with the promise of "it's getting better" I left my session with Meredith and felt aligned, at peace, vibrant and having a full body knowing that I was healing and  on my way to a better life. I had no idea this was possible! I laughed and cried hysterically while in session and felt held and supported. The days to follow were magical and weeks later I can still feel, see and hear the changes. I highly recommend working with Meredith. She is an amazing person, beautiful soul and a true healer!

 Meredith Guthrie has demonstrated her ability to spiritually tap into the life force that permeates our reality through her work with Reiki.
