About Craniosacral Therapy

Restore Balance and Relieve Tension with Gentle Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle, light touch approach that releases tensions in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax, self correct and free itself from pain and discomfort. I offer both adult and pediatric sessions at my office in Evergreen, Colorado.

Craniosacral Therapy for Adults

About Craniosacral Therapy Sessions

Working with the craniosacral rhythm, fascia, structures of the spine, and cranial bones is the foundation of this work. Using light pressure and deep listening, the therapist gently follows the guidance of the cranial rhythm and places their hands in different  positions on the body to help facilitate tissue release, energy  release, and support the body to heal and self regulate.

CranioSacral Therapy supports the central nervous system as well as other systems in the body, including the digestive system, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.

Conditions that I work with:

  • And supports many other conditions

Each session begins with a check-in or consultation. If you’re a new client, we’ll take extra time for a full health intake to understand your needs and goals.

You’ll lie comfortably on the table while I gently place my hands on areas of your body, head, and sacrum to release tension and support your nervous system. The environment is adjusted to your comfort - including lighting, temperature, and music. Sessions may begin or end with guided relaxation or grounding.

Yes, you remain fully clothed during the entire session. Just wear something comfortable that allows you to relax easily on the table.

Every session is different. Some are quiet and meditative, while others may include dialogue or somato-emotional release - especially if we’re addressing stress, trauma, or unconscious holding patterns.

You’ll have space to slowly transition, discuss your experience, ask questions, and receive any follow-up guidance. Please allow extra time in your schedule so you can leave feeling fully integrated and unhurried.

SER is a component of CranioSacral Therapy that helps rid the body of the residual effects of past trauma and negative emotional experiences. It includes imagery and dialogue, sensing, and supports understanding the mind-body connection.

A session for children can look much different than a session for adults. Depending on the child and the age treatment may involve play, rocking, or moving around the room. Sometimes the child may prefer to relax on the table and receive hands-on work. Older children and teenagers usually prefer table work and relax very deeply in their sessions but it depends on the child. I will create a safe, therapeutic space and relationship with your child and work with what the child and parent is comfortable with at the moment. Please book a new client session for your child's first session which will include a health intake and discussion plus hands on time. This first session will also be a good assessment of the length of hands on time that will be good for your child.

Yes, your child will remain fully clothed during the entire session. Have them wear something comfortable that allows you to relax easily on the table.

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to book your appointment online at your convenience using the online scheduling tool.

If your child is a new client, please make sure to book the New Client Pediatric CST session. This allows enough time for a full health intake and discussion about your child’s needs.

Yes! Many parents prefer to have a phone or email conversation before booking, and I welcome and appreciate that. While it's not required, it helps me prepare for your child and ensures the therapy is the right fit for your family.
