Somatic Soul Spirit Sessions dive into the realm of the heart, meeting the unique inner dilemmas of the human experience with the utmost care, compassion, and empathy. This session invites a collaborative process to heal the body, mind, and spirit and addresses each dimension as needed. This session is an integrative and holistic approach that is tailored to you. Elements include core shamanic healing as the foundation of this session to restore power and healing, reiki to support the energy body, akashic record reading to gain soul insight, and craniosacral therapy, and somatics to address the nervous system. I also draw on yogic philosophy, end-of-life coaching, transformational coaching, and positive and transpersonal psychology to support you additionally and provide resources to support your journey.

Do you work with spirit helpers? Yes, I work with compassionate helping spirits to do the healing work. I will also deliver messages from spirit as they come through, which doesn't always happen but sometimes does. Please refer to the shamanic healing page to learn more about this. Core Shamanic techniques are central to these sessions so you must be comfortable accepting help from spirit and verbally state your permission to do so. In these sessions, I work with spirit on your behalf and, together, co-create a session. It is through Spirit's guidance that I include and integrate other modalities into the session. 

What does a session look like? These sessions are tailored to each individual and do look different for each person. However, I follow a universal flow for remote sessions and in-person sessions. Each session will start with a dialogue and intention for healing, guided somatic relaxation to help you relax and receive the healing work, a calling in of spirits, usually while drumming or rattling, healing, somatic inquiry, or verbal discussions where they fit in, and collaboration and illumination of resources, practices, strengths, and empowerment. As a bodyworker, sometimes, spirit works through my hands for in-person sessions. Hands-on bodywork work will be brief, not full session, and only done with permission. It's your choice and will be discussed before the session begins. You will stay completely clothed for your session. I am licensed to do bodywork as a massage therapist.
